My Online Services
01.
This is where the majority of my experience lies - and why I went back to school. If you are a servicemember or veteran experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, PTSD (especially combat-related), MST, or TBIs, I am here for you.
02.
While experienced in both evidence-based practices and alternative modalities, the type of therapy that you, as an adult, want is up to you. I will outline what each of the methods are to see what would be the best fit for you. There are many options here. I can work with many types of folks (folks experiencing PTSD, TBIs, MST, complex trauma, childhood trauma), using many types of therapies. For a complete list of therapies and issues in which I specialize, please check out my About page.
03.
I work with folks to identify their unique strengths and talents. By identifying one's unique pattern of core strengths and abilities, one can use this information to achieve greater satisfaction in all areas of their life. If you are not interested in exploring these directly, I can still come to our therapy with a strengths-based approach.
04.
Change is hard. I can help guide you through the unknowns of transitions. By highlighting the transition process and identifying your place in it, we can help get you through it, or accept the unchangeable. This could include practical skills, coping skills, time management skills and even career coaching.
05.
In today's world, many people develop bodily issues. This is not abnormal. I can help you accept your body, no matter what body type, and we can tackle body dysmorphic disorders as well. If needed, we can work together to repair your relationship with food and exercise.
06.
Leading at the top can be lonely. As the one woman officer in my unit on deployment in Afghanistan, I understand this. With this loneliness can often come depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I can help guide you to a place of acceptance and/or help you navigate the world of leadership as a woman.
07.
Whether you are in an alternative relationship (such as polyamory or polysexuality) or a relationship that isn't recognized in the conventional mainstream, there will still be relationship conflict and/or navigation. I can help guide you as an individual, a couple, polycule, or family to your therapeutic goals. Sometimes, this might involve repair, but it may also involve navigating divorce or relationship dissolution.
